My wife and I have been Realtors / Brokers for eleven years. About ten years ago we “happened” to use US Title, O’Fallon for a closing. Prior to using US Title, O’Fallon we had had approximately 40 closings (it was a very good first year) so we had experience with several other title companies. Our first experience with the staff at US Title, O’Fallon was better than we had come to expect in the business. So, we brought more, and more, and more of our business to US Title, O’Fallon. When a new Manager was assigned to the O'Fallon office, I was concerned that the quality of service might diminish. I believe the work ethic of the manager becomes the work ethic of their subordinates.
I met Shelia Harmon when Donna left. Shelia was the consummate professional…firm, fair and friendly. My concern that the service level would diminish was quickly put to rest as I, and my clients, actually experienced an even higher level of service. That was several years ago and the superior level of service has not diminished at all. Shelia, and her great staff, including Sarah Stamburski and Kathy Ashburn, continue to provide a level of service, and an “it’s my pleasure” attitude, that one comes to expect only in the “courting” stage of today’s business climate. Time, after time, after time, your O’Fallon crew has exceeded the expectations of myself and my clients. I now will do almost anything I can to get the closing business of each of our transactions to Shelia and Sarah. I know I can depend on them, and my clients will be represented by professionals who appreciate the business and consistently exceed expectations.
This superior level of service was again demonstrated yesterday when my buyer clients experienced a last minute medical emergency which prevented the Mrs. from attending closing. This particular closing had to happen on August 31st or the financial ramifications to my buyer would have been severe. Through Shelia’s guidance, Kathy Ashburn met my client in a parking lot in St. Charles to notarize a document necessary to make the closing happen. This was just another example of the level of service I continue to appreciate but am no longer surprised to receive. The O’Fallon staff has stayed late, came in early, and so much more, over the years, in order to accommodate the needs of their valued clients.
US Title has a professional and dedicated staff at the O’Fallon MO. branch. Their “above the call of duty” attitude is a positive reflection on US Title.
I want to thank Amy Kopp for always making me look so good! She is the best! and that is why I always use Amy for my closings!
Fran Crain is my closer and she does a marvelous job. I can always count on her to get it done on time, follow up on any issues and alert me to any potential problems. When we walk in day of closing there are no surprises, I get my HUD 1 statements a day in advance for review which really helps. If there are changes/dates, etc. she always accomodates us. I can go to her anytime for help, if it is beyond her scope she will seek help from Brenda/Barb or go to legal department. It is a real pleasure to do business with U.S. Title & Fran.
Kim and Renee do a great job. They are quick to answer your questions and get information that you need in a timely manner.
Closing after closing, need for any assistance, time after time, Amy Kopp from your Washington office has been there for me. Recently due to her diligence, determination, and expert knowledge, she has saved my seller over $3,000 in unnecessary expenses in an already stressful selling situation. Amy is always warm, friendly and personal. And most importantly, eager to do all she can to make the agent look good, and make the agent's job easy. My buyers and sellers are always so appreciative of how smoothly their closing is. She is a fantastic asset to US Title. Amy, is one of main reasons for my continual loyalty to the Washington branch of US Title. I wanted you to know this as I feel that you need to be aware of her tremendous value to US Title.
